How treatment works at Swett Dentistry
Your Invisalign journey starts with a 3D intraoral scan — no goopy impressions. We use 3D computer imaging to map your teeth from their current position to the final result, so you see your projected new smile before treatment begins. From that model, Align manufactures your custom aligner series.
You'll wear each set of aligners for about two weeks, and check in with us roughly every six weeks to make sure treatment is progressing as planned. Most patients wear between 18 and 30 aligners over 9–15 months, though every case is different.
Because we're a comprehensive practice, everything happens under one roof: if you need a cleaning, whitening after treatment, or a retainer printed on our in-house 3D printer, you won't need a referral to another office.
